Shipping policy

Shipping: We aim to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please allow 2-3 business days for your item to ship.

 

Local: We are based in the Shoals area in Northwest Alabama. If you are local to the area, we offer delivery. If you would rather utilize the pick up option, we offer pick up at the Florence Alabama Police Department parking lot on Wednesdays and Saturdays. 

 

Delivery: If you would like your order delivered to you and you’re in the Shoals area, please select the ‘Local Delivery’ option at checkout. Enter any delivery instructions you may have by clicking the ‘Add Delivery Instructions’ button. We aim to deliver your package next business day.

 

Pick Up: If you would like to pick up your order instead of having it delivered and you’re in the Shoals area, please follow these instructions:

• Select the ‘Local Delivery’ option at checkout
• Press the ‘Add Delivery Instructions’ button and type in the following: “PICK UP ORDER - WEDNESDAY” or “PICK UP ORDER - SATURDAY” (Please note that we only do pick up orders on Wednesdays at 4 p.m. and Saturdays at 11 a.m.).
• When your day for pick up comes, please go to the Florence Alabama police department parking lot’s 'Safe Exchange Zone' to pick up your order.
• This is a temporary solution for pick up orders until we move into a new location, so we appreciate your patience with us during this time! Please email us if you have any questions.
